went for mayday's dna concert on saturday night. no need to be a mayday fan to enjoy their performance! thought it was really considerate of them to sing, dance, and scream for more then 4 hours just so their fans got enough mayday to last for the rest of the year, until they visit our lil island again. and i really love their lyrics! so meaningful and heartfelt, it's amazing how they manage to take those unexpressed emotions that reside deep in our hearts and put them into words, and when you're in the company of thousands of other fans singing along with you, you realize that everyone around you has experienced those moments of sadness, joy, loneliness, freedom and hope at one point or another in their lives.
oh, love how they screen their lyrics too, so everyone can sing along. one giant indoor ktv stadium!
glad you enjoyed it. maybe one day i'll be as crazy about them as you are! :)
